This is a good cook book for busy people. There are many different recipes in here. There is even a recipe for easy pickles!
The book is well edited, well written and the directions are clear. Casual or beginner cooks can follow these recipes easily. Ingredients are easily found for the most part.
I enjoyed this book and am sorry I took so long to review it.

How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Wasn't what I expected

I don't know many lazy cooks who would go to the trouble of making roast duck or prime rib, no matter how few the ingredients, and I was surprised to find these recipes included in a book with lazy in the title. That said, however, quite a number of of the recipes, particularly some of the vegetable dishes, sound quite good, and the book describes several methods for cooking eggs, (which is more my idea of lazy!). The recipes are nicely formatted and instructions are clearly written.

Only buy this book if you've literally never cooked anything before! It includes recipes such as how to boil an egg or bake a potato, and not much more complicated than that.
