Recipes start with a title, servings and list of ingredients which you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information and NO pictures.
Some recipes have over 18 ingredients, be sure to line them up before cooking.
Different devices to cook the meals: oven, slow cooker, etc.
