Wisteria D. Jones is an American writer currently living and working in Ibaraki, Japan. She is currently querying to traditionally publish her two newest works, “Revenge Served in Silence: Savior” and “First Wave: Alpha Chronicles (Working Title)”.
Her first work, “The Darkrock”, follows six students and a mysterious being. Each part is focused on only one participate. Though the characters cross paths with each other several times, the reader only gets a fraction of the whole picture through each short story. By reading all of them together, the reader will understand everything.
Her second series, “The Labyrinth City”, follows 6 strangers who find themselves able to sense a strange creature roaming around their fair city. Using only one of their senses, characters attempt to discover the identify of the creature. Just what is the creature that roams their city unseen? Is it harmful, or helpful? There’s really only one way to find out - follow it!
Her third series, “The 12 Mile Course”, follows candidates who are put through a rigourous, dangerous, and deadly test to see if they are fit to live in present society. What happens when candidates who finish the test realize they don't want to be part of a society that kills thirty-six percent of the youth for outdated, unnecessary reasons? Follow Chris as he struggles to survive a course where the odds are against him and every other child that gets thrown into it.
Her fourth series, “The Generational War”, follows the lives of several individuals who find that they have a dormant ability within their genes passed down from generations to save the world from foreign invaders. See how the war rages on for centuries as both sides struggle for power!
Her fifth series, “The Maydale Hauntings”, follows seven families who all live in the same house. Plagued by a string of murders, something has inhabited the house and has decided to prey upon those who dwell within it. Can anyone solve the mystery and set the spirits free?
Her sixth series, “The Horrors of Redemption”, follows a man who thought he reached his end, but is dragged away from his goal by an unlikely aquaintance who says he can give him exactly what he wants: redemption. Making his way through the unimaginable horrors of a different realm, it’s hard to say what will happen to this depressing character.
Her seventh series, “The Forgotten Murder”, follows a young adult amnesiac who discovers she has a strange ability that can aid a detective in solving his cases. The only issue is that her ability is tearing her apart psychologically and revealing parts of her past she wishes to never remember. Will they solve the mystery of her missing memories, or be forgotten themselves? Anything goes in this thrilling crime drama!
Her eighth series, “The Servants of the Fallen”, follows an unlucky student who learns that there are dark secrets about this world that no one but a small organization is even aware of. Joining a team of elite demon hunters, this unlikely hero must fight to save the world from being plunged into darkness for all eternity. Will their team be able to stop the end of the world, or just help to destroy it? Anything’s possible...
Her ninth series, “The Curse of the Dog”, follows a kid on the wrong path in life as he’s transferred into the body of a dog in order to break a curse. He has to help seven different dogs with seven very different problems if he ever wants to get his human body back again. Will the boy succeed? Or will he be stuck in the body of an adorable pooch until the day he dies? It’s up to him to decide.
