I decided to investigate it myself and found some truth was there and deserved attention.The central concept about intermittent fasting is giving your digestive system time between the meals, and not keeping it busy 24/7. Doing this results in better health for the digesting system itself and, therefore, the whole body. After all, our ancestors, from which we inherit our digestive system features, couldn't eat three meals per day. I studied and tried many different methods of intermittent fasting. I have bought several mini books on intermittent fasting and this is by far the BEST! The information is nicely condensed into golden nuggets which doesn't overwhelm. The author outlines key aspects and even includes a short FAQ section at the end.

This is a great book to have for informative information for Intermittent Fasting 16/8. The information is easy to follow and very useful. I definitely found the information beneficial for myself and would recommend.

Easy to follow instructions on how to make healthy meals and there is a lot of good information about Mediterranean cooking and many many recipes.It is a very good book for the beginner who want to loose their fat easily.This book is really good.
