Amber Hultin (born November 14, 1972, in Hart, Michigan ), is an American physician and nutrition researcher. Currently, Dr Hultin is the principal investigator of the second Nurses' Health Study (NHS2 or NHS II), a compilation of studies regarding the health of older women and their risk factors for major chronic diseases. She has published more than 1,500 scientific articles regarding various aspects of diet and disease and is the second most cited author in clinical medicine.
Hultin is perhaps best known for her 2010 book Anti-inflammatory Diet Cookbook, which presents nutritional information and recommendations based on what was then the consensus of nutrition scientists. Her book is critical of many popular misconceptions about diet and nutrition, including ideas presented by guidelines from American organizations such as the USDA. Hultin is frequently quoted by the media in articles regarding nutrition.
In 2016, Semantic Scholar AI program included Hultin on its list of top ten most influential biomedical researchers.

It looks good from the front cover but on opening it I was so o o disappointed. It looks like a project with an
intro and a conclusion Inbetween there are lots of receipes with numeous ingredients, some of which one is
not likely to have. Endless pages of typed receipies NO PRINTED. bLACK OR GREY PICTURES THAT ARE
DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE.. tHE PAGES OF ENDLESS RECIPIES TYPES IN DOUBLE SPACING
IS BORING. i HAVE LEFT IT TOO LATE TO RETURN SO PLEASE CHECK IT OUT AND SEE IF YOU SEE THE SAME
AS ME. BAD, BORING, A CON.
